I ordered this lamp with a couple of books from Amazon, then got a confirmation that all was ready to be shipped. The next day another email showed up saying that they can’t ship it after all (to the address I provided, which Amazon has had no problem with before). So…maybe the price on here is too good to be true? Watch out for this company. Could be a scam just to get your address and credit card info.

These things contain fluoride, a deadly chemical, and shouldn’t be touched with your hand or around little kids who might lick this thing.

I would suggest better quality control rather than just dig a hold in a rock and sell it. One lamp is not of quality: light cannot go through part of rock. To me, this is a quality problem rather than “uniqueness”.
Customer service was terrible. They did not agree that they missed one cable even though agreed to resend one. It did not arrive after about two weeks. They again denid that they did not send it but blamed FebEx without being able to show evidence. Further they claimed that they would charge me if I ask them to send one again. Why shall I be charged if it’s not my fault? I had to ask for the tracking no. this time. The cable arrived shortly after they provided the tracking no..

THe lamp works great, but during shipping or actually before, the lamp,box and all had gotten wet. So i recieved a wet box and all. But all is good since the lamp works. thank you
